Upcoming Festival: Roz Dok

Roz Dok, the Rose Hill (Mauritius) Documentary Film Festival, is driven by a desire to introduce the Mauritian public (of all ages) to documentary cinema, and more specifically, to films from the Global South: from the African continent, from Asia, and from Latin America. It aims to bring Mauritian audiences together around documentaries about human and social issues.

In order for the collective memory of Mauritians not to fade, Roz Dok aims to help them better understand their environment, their living space, their country, the world, but also to understand themselves. We want to contribute in providing them with the necessary tools to self improve as citizens.
